Letter Hunt- Paint over to find the letters!
Teaching your child to recognize all the letters in the alphabet can seem like a BIG task! Luckily, there are SO many fun ways to make learning fun when it comes to the alphabet.
We recently shared a ton of our favorite activities we have used to help our daughters not only learn to recognize each letter of the alphabet, but the sounds as well.
This hidden letter hunt activity is great because it incorporated painting! To create this, I simply used a white crayon and added every letter of the alphabet, in random, on a white sheet of paper.
My daughter then used water colors to color over the paper, reveling the letters!
If your child is a little older and already knows their alphabet, then this would be a great activity for sight words! Simply replace the letters with a few words they are currently working on mastering.
