Sharing is caring!

We are in the middle of a rare time here in Texas. For three days now we have been in freezing temperatures. To say these kiddos are going stir crazy would be an understatement.

I am so ready to see some sunshine and temps in the seventies! Heck, I’d even settle for low 60’s at this point!

With that being said, we have been working on alot of indoor activities lately. We’ve had lots of dance parties, made some fun Valentines crafts, and of course, the popsicle stick push!

I love when we are able to whip up an activity with items we have in our home!

I pre-cut small slits into the egg carton with a knife before letting Nora start this activity.

This activity is very similar to the color matching version we did with Emmy. I placed colored dots on the ends of the popsicle sticks and on the egg carton. She had to match the colored stick to the right colored sticker. You can see more photos of that activity here.

We’ve got a great list of even more activities for 12-18 months in this post.
